Overnight Chia Seed Pudding

Healthy and easy meal prep!

Ingredients


+ 3 tablespoons chia seeds

+ 1/2 - 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

+ 1 teaspoon vanilla

+ 3/4 cup milk of your choice

+ optional toppings: strawberries, cinnamon


Directions


Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a jar. Place jar in fridge overnight to thicken.


Step 2

Once thickened, stir together again and top with strawberries and/or cinnamon!
