Lazy Meal Prep Hack

No time, no problem


+ 1lb ground turkey

+ 2 glove of garlic

+ 1 thumb of ginger

+ 1 bag of asian sesame salad mix

+ 1 drizzle of olive oil

+ seasoning: salt, black pepper, garlic powder


Step 1

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan.

Step 2

Add garlic and ginger, heat until fragrant (~3 mins).

Step 3

Cook the ground turkey. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Step 4

After the ground turkey has been cooked, you can store the ground turkey in a separate container and wait till your are ready to assemble your salad or combine everything and store in 2 containers.
