Kung Pao Stirfry


+ 1 head cauliflower

+ 1 red onion, chopped

+ 2 bell peppers, chopped

+ 1lb chicken, cubed

+ 2 tsp ginger, chopped

+ 2 cloves garlic, chopped

+ 1/3 cup water

+ 2 tbsp soy sauce

+ 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

+ 1 tbsp honey

+ 2 tsp sesame oil

+ 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

+ seasoning: salt and pepper


Step 1

Chop your veggies and cube the chicken!

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of olive oil into a pan. Add chicken and season with s&p. Once finished cooking, place the chicken off to the side.

Step 3

Add more olive oil if needed and toss in the veggies. While the veggies cook, whisk together the sauce: ginger, garlic, water, soy sauce, hoison sauce, honey, sesame oil and red pepper flakes.

Step 4

Once everything has cooked, add the chicken back to the pan and drizzle with the Kung Pao sauce. Let the sauce thicken then serve!
