Avocado Toast

Not every morning has to be basic


+ 2 slices whole wheat bread

+ 1/2 avocado

+ 1/2 c roasted chickpeas

+ 1 handful blueberries or fruit of your choice!

+ seasoning: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, everything but the bagel seasoning


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 420 °; Season chickpeas with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 2

While the bread is toasting, slice and dice 1/2 of an avocado.

Step 3

Smash the avocado on the toast and season with everything but the bagel seasoning.

Step 4

Top with roasted chickpeas and serve with a side of fruit.
